Check-in/out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Generally check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. But you can always get in touch if it is possible to arrive early or later and we can see what is possible for you.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at no extra charge. We have a large fenced garden where your pet can roam freely.
Wifi
Is wifi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available in all our accommodations. Passwords are available in your accommodation upon arrival.

What is the address?
The address of Hemma fran Hemma is:
Tälläng 13, Kvillsfors, Sweden. If you cannot find it, you can use the free apps like google maps to find Hemma fran Hemma and it will guide you there.
Supermarkets
Are there supermarkets nearby?
There is a nearby town Vetlanda who has a small grocery store and has limited opening hours. Other supermarkets and stores can be found in Kvillsfors. They have larger supermarkets and will have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Wheel chairs
Is it wheel chair friendly?
Unfortunately, our accommodations are not fully wheelchair-accessible due to stairs and limited space for easy movement. However, we want all our guests to feel welcome, so if you have any specific needs or require assistance, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Parking
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site in the garden. Please note that only 2 spaces are available. More parking is always available street side. Please park close to the fence as the local bus passes by twice a day and needs space on the road.
Child Friendly
Is it child friendly?
Yes, children are more than welcome! However, please note that we do not provide specific amenities for small children, such as a high chair or a crib/cot.
Smoking
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted outdoors and is not allowed inside the accommodations. To help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests, please dispose of cigarette waste properly and keep the grounds clean.

Payment
Can I pay upon arrival?
All payments must be completed prior to arrival. You can book directly through our website, and your reservation will be confirmed immediately. Payment will go smoothly through the help of Stripe Payment that offers several payment options for your convenience.
Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have selected the 'Carefree Stay', you can cancel your booking up to 21 days before your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 21 before arrival may incur a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Where can I see my booking details?
At the top of the page or in the menu on your phone, you'll find the GUESTS button.
In your confirmation email, you'll receive a PIN number—just enter it, and you'll see all your bookings. Select a booking to view the details.
Season
Do you offer discounts during the off-season?
We only offer our accommodation during the summer. The autumn, winter and spring time can be quite cold and the accommodations are not suitable to be rented out during this period. Therefore we do not offer any off season discounts. Our accommodations are only available from May to September.
Minimum stay
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We offer our accommodations from 1 night so you are welcome to stay the night if you are on a journey through the country side. But, it you are passing through, it may be wise to take an extra day and enjoy the surroundings.
Pricing
How is pricing determined for the Stuga and Fantasy House?
Prices for the Stuga and Fantasy House are based on occupancy. The base rate covers 2 people, and there is an additional charge for each extra guest. This allows us to accommodate different group sizes while ensuring fair pricing for smaller parties. You can view the detailed pricing breakdown when booking on our website.

Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide bed linens and towels for your stay.
Breakfast
Is breakfast included?
No, we do not offer breakfast or meal delivery services. However, all accommodations have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. There are also restaurants in nearby villages for dining out.
Cleaning
Are cleaning fees included?
Yes, the cleaning fee is included in the total booking price. However, we kindly ask guests to leave the accommodation in good condition by washing any used dishes and disposing of trash in the designated bins before check-out. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

What amenities and supplies are provided?
Each accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including basic cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies. We also provide bed linens, towels, but no complimentary toiletries such as soap and shampoo.

This is the emergency services phone number for Sweden if you need the POLICE, FIRE DEPARTMENT or an AMBULANCE. There is always an operator available who speaks English for easy communication.
Currency
What currency does Sweden have?
Sweden uses its own currency, the Swedish Krona (SEK). As a rough guide, 1 euro is about 10 SEK, so dividing by 10 gives you a good estimate of prices in stores and restaurants. You can easily pay with your regular card, and ATMs are available if you need cash.
Electricity
What kind of Electricity does sweden have?
Sweden uses 230V, 50Hz electricity with Type F (Schuko) plugs. If you're coming from a country with a different plug type, you may need an adapter.
Weather
What is the weather like in Sweden?
Since we are only open in the Summer, you can expect warm comfortable summers. But make sure to pack a jacket and a sweater for the nights can be chilly.
Respect Nature
How does the Allemansrätten (Right of Public Access) work?
Allemansrätten gives everyone the right to roam freely in nature, including forests, lakes, and countryside. However, visitors must respect nature, not disturb wildlife, and follow the "leave no trace" principle.Since we are only open in the Summer, you can expect warm comfortable summers. But make sure to pack a jacket and a sweater for the nights can be chilly.
Wildlife
Do I need to worry about wildlife when hiking or exploring nature?
In the Kvillsfors region, you are most likely to see moose, deer, foxes, hares, and various bird species. If you’re exploring nature, always respect wildlife by keeping a safe distance and enjoying them from afar. Mosquitoes can be common in summer, especially near lakes and forests, so bringing repellent is a good idea.
